Project Description

For this home in North York, the project was completed in two stages. The homeowners first wanted to replace the front windows along with the front door to make sure they were fully confident in the quality before moving forward with the rest of the house. After seeing the results, we completed the remaining work, including a new vinyl sliding door.

We installed a combination of casement, fixed casement, and single slider windows, all with a black exterior finish, along with matching black aluminum capping around the roof to complete the look. The project was done as a full brick-to-brick replacement to ensure the best performance and longevity. The front entry door was upgraded to a modern black fiberglass door with a pull bar handle, adding a strong first impression to the home.
