Project Description

The homeowners in Brampton reached out to our services based on a referral from their friend who had replaced windows with us several years ago. During an initial consultation, we presented them with samples and provided quotes for both retrofit and brick-to-brick installations. We made sure to explain the differences between these options and how the government rebate works.

Later, further communication took place via email to address additional questions they had such as:

Will the front windows still qualify for a rebate if they are double pane with grills - we were told by another company that they would not.
What is the cost difference if we did not have the grills on the front windows?
Do you do windows with the LOE180 glaze, and if so what would the cost difference be?
We are weighing the advantage of the triple pane windows with the higher rebate. What would the cost be if we put in triple pane windows, and would all those windows qualify for the higher rebate of $325?
Does your window air sealant qualify for an additional rebate under HER+
If we went with white outside (as opposed to colored), what would the price difference be?
Does the life time warranty apply to the colored portion of the windows?
Would it cost extra to make the kitchen window awning instead of casement.

Once all final details were clarified, the homeowners selected the color for their new windows and confirmed the order on October 20th. Within a week, we conducted the final measurements for production and scheduled the installation for November 24th.
