We replaced his old inefficient single pane and metal frame windows with new Energy Star-certified windows with double pane and vinyl frames. Also, the change of the windows' styles from sliding to crank got him a better seal.

The same inefficient patio sliding door was replaced together with a front door and a porch sliding door, boosting the curb appeal, functionality and performance.
