The homeowner in Toronto reached out to us to get a quote to replace his old and outdated windows and doors. He also wanted to change the color to black to create a striking contrast, enhancing the red brick and white siding of the home.

Our team suggested the homeowner change some windows styles to best fit the triple glass upgrade and maximize its energy efficiency and noise reduction performance. We also offered a retrofit-type installation to keep his original solid wood trim and lower the cost of the project. After finalizing a few design adjustments to the doors we decided to increase the glass size for the side door and increase the height of the rear door, and remove the transom.

Once the customer was ready a few months later, we went over the quote to finalize the details and proceeded to production. Our skilled installation team completed the replacement in 2 days.
