Project Description

Homeowners in East York reached out to us for a quote to replace their old, outdated windows and doors. Their home had a mix of original wooden windows and aluminum ones with single-pane glass, which were inefficient and in poor condition. The doors, replaced many years ago, were also drafty and difficult to operate.

During the quote meeting, our sales representative, Roman, took the measurements, showcased product samples, and discussed various options for both doors and windows. After understanding the homeowners’ preferences, we decided to convert the front window into a large picture window to enhance the space and install single-hung windows throughout the rest of the house. To balance aesthetics and cost, we chose sleek black frames for the front-facing windows and classic white frames for the others.

For the doors, the designs were updated to incorporate larger glass panels, allowing more natural light into the home. The rear door was replaced with a full-size clear glass design, while the front door was upgraded to a modern frosted glass style for added privacy.

After getting a few questions answered later over the email, the customer was ready to proceed. Following the production process, our skilled installation team completed the replacement in 1 day. The homeowner was happy with the efficient service and the upgraded windows and doors with new designs.
