Our client reached out to us to replace the glass in vinyl windows of his house in North York. His original windows from the builder were in Ok condition, but the glass was fogging up. The seal in the double pane glass unit was gone and the moisture was accumulating in between the panes.

We replaced the glass with new glass units from Cardinal, which have a 20-year warranty on seal failure. Their new generation warm-edge continuous spacer keeps the moisture out and argon gas in.
