Project Description

A homeowner in East York sent us an online request for a quote to replace her aging, poor-quality windows. She had just purchased the house and was planning renovations, including upgrading the windows before winter. The previous installer hadn’t replaced the units properly and didn’t even finish the exterior work, leaving the windows without caulking or flashing. Some windows were single-pane, and others wouldn’t close fully, allowing drafts and noise to enter the home.

We fully replaced all the windows, removed every remaining piece of old wood, insulated everything correctly, and completed the finish both inside and out. All our windows come with at least double-pane glass filled with Argon gas and coated with LoE. Our cam-action locks and multiple layers of weatherstripping create a tight seal in any weather, add extra security, and significantly reduce street noise.
